Features
- » The cotton Roll is stacked into the dispensing roller.
- » It is passed in between two pressure rollers
- » An indexing turret with slots is used to store the cotton.
- » One Set of roller is stopped & other roller rolls hence acts as a cutter
- » Simultaneously a pneumatic arm places it into the slot ( from bottom)
- » After indexing slot will be over the mouth of the bottle.
- » Another pneumatic arm will push the cotton slug to the bottle.
- » Post indexation another pneumatic arm fixed over conveyor will ensure the proper settling of the cotton over the tablets/capsules.
- » Bottle is stopped using pneumatic plungers. Hence no bottle change parts
